Since migration on NB 6.8 the find usages and refactoring work unstable.
After some changes and rebuilding the features do not find usages in other modules.
My project is NB modules cnd.*
Restart IDE fixes problem.
For me it is show stopper for NB6.8 release.

You did not provide enough informations to verify it but I guess it is a duplicate of bug 177396. The fix exists and it is scheduled for NB 6.8 patch 1. It has been already integrated in latest daily builds.
