I turned-of groups during migration - it was disabled since then and today I realized that it's back. I would like to know who enabled it and why it wasn't discussed with NetBeans QA before, right after you disable groups in BugZilla. That's how Kenai works from the first day of BZ integration. Nobody asked us either to NOT do it that way until now:-(

So somebody changed something in last days and it appears once again.

Since Lea doesn't work for Oracle or on Kenai anymore, we might want to reassign this to an actual person that can and might do something to resolve the problem... I do not know who that person would be... If I did, these issues would be assigned to them when I committed this comment.
