scanondemand have dependency "org.netbeans.modules.parsing.api = 2" 
parsing.api is "org.netbeans.modules.parsing.api/1" with impl version=2

Installation of scanondemand should be prohibited since its release version (0, implicit) is different from exlicit value (1).
