In a class diagram I'm trying to move an attribute/operation up or down using the horizontal toolbar icons.

Move Forward - nothing happens
Move Backward - moves attribute on top, switching places with the "Attributes" title
Move to Front - moves attribute to bottom, seems ok
Move to Back - moves attribute on top, above the "Attributes" title

Furthermore, the Project sidebar gives you the impression that you could move attributes/operations by drag & dropping them, yet you can't.
Also the order they show in differs from that of the diagram.
