1. an ejb jar project with no ejbs in it... Deploy and Run should probably be disabled
2. an ejb jar project that has no remote interfaces.  Deploy and Run should probably be disabled.
3. an ear project that contains an ejb jar with no ejbs in it.... Deploy and Run should be disabled

We probably should have a warning marker on these projects, too.

There are probably other types of projects/states that could be added to this list.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
