This applies to all binding components:

Steps to reproduce
------------------
1) open wsdl wizard
2) On the first screen 'Name and Location' press tab key once.

The second field is the 'Project' text field and since it is disabled the control should bypass it and automatically move to the next enabled field ie 'Folder'. Instead the focus just disappears.

This behaviour shows correctly on the next wizard screens.

All A11Y bugs needs to be resolved for 7.2
