Toolbar with no images

See the attached screenshot, it looks as if at some point the IDE wasn't able to load a resource. The "buttons" did work, so just the icon was missing.

Haven't managed to reproduce. Could you please provide "messages.log" <located in nb_user_directory/var/log>
