Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 091111-3618fbd604a5)
Java: 1.6.0_16; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 14.2-b01
System: Linux version 2.6.28-16-generic running on i386; UTF-8; en_US (nb)

I can create 2 or more issue trackers with the same name. Creation of issue tracker should fail if user attempts to create one with the name of already existing. Assigning the priority as P4 since this is not serious issue - it is possible to rename the name.

It is not allowed now to create issue trackers with the same name. Verified in:
Product Version: NetBeans IDE 6.9 RC1 (Build 201005202201)
Java: 1.6.0_17; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 14.3-b01-101
System: Mac OS X version 10.5.8 running on x86_64; MacRoman; en_US (nb)
