1) create an empty xhtml jsf page
2) delete the whole content
3) type <h:bo| and invoke cc
4) select <h:body> and complete it
=> "<h:bod xmlns:h="http://java.sun.com/jsf/html"y" is inserted

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
