There is a new release of swing-layout library at
https://swing-layout.dev.java.net/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=11880&expandFolder=11880&folderID=0

It contains fix of the following two issues:

https://swing-layout.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=52

The first one fixes incorrect caching of getBeaseline() methods that affects mainly GUI builders.
The second avoids some spacing problems on Apple's JDK 6 (and AquaLookAndFeel).

The version 1.0.4 has been integrated into NetBeans.
