Regression steps to repro:
Create a Comp. App.
Right Click on Comp. App->New->Other->ESB->Binding
Click Next button
Folder field is blank , even if you select manually ( doing the same from bpel project look ok)
Select Database in Binding  and type as table,
Click next
Select the default URL to derby database
Click Next
Select any table(move to right)
Click Next, see step5 and 6 as blank screens.
Click Back button, step 4 is also blank.

Tested in 29-nov-09 build. This issue is resolved. Closing this ticket.
