The Loaded Classes window does not work for Ruby projects.

The tab needs to either work and show the loaded ruby classes for a ruby project, or be disabled when Ruby is the
language for the current file.

Thanks for the catch. I'd like to disable it for Ruby for now, but I don't think it is currently possible. I'll try to 
add at least some informational message to the view though.
