If there is PHP embedded in a JS file then the Navigator does not load the tree. It would be great to see it load
anyway, which is the expected behaviour in other tools such as Zend Studio etc (which I am trying to migrate from).

This may be the case with CSS files as well - I have not checked...

We need to do the embeding of php in js file.
