Add Makefiles to toolshg/sside so we can build a full-fledged sunstudio in a dinstall setting.

        First cleaned up some old grot from the Makefiles in toolshg/dbxgui.

        Then copied Makefiles from toolshg/dbxgui to toolshg/sside.
        Then adusted them to 'install' by building the ssbuild suite
        and then copying (in the makefile) from ssbuild/build/cluster
        to $(BM_CLUSTERDIR)/$(BU_CL_SSIDE).

        ssbuild/build.xml was enhanced with a small property check
        to allow Makefiles to override nbplatform.
