Ctrl+Tab invoked from Update page of Plugin manager walks through update list,
then switches to next Tab page then hangs on Close tab.

You can then press Tab to get some reasonable behavior!

What do you think the Ctrl-Tab shall do? A link to some guidelines would be helpfu.
