-This is a usability issue since the "GlassFish v3 Domain" should be appeared at the Servers node with Java/All version
if install with GlassFish V3 server. It's a little odd after install the GF V3 server, user have to activate and
re-register the server to use it

-If the user does not want to use the GlassFish V3 Server, he will not install it at the first place. Please be
consistent with NB 6.5 and previous versions. Why change?
