After installing NB 6.7.1 I installed a plugin for Visual Java Server Faces. 
After installing the plugin, I restarted NB. 
After restarting I got the splashscreen.
After the splashscreen a completely blank window pops up (The NB main window). This window is never filled with
content/widgets.

Some more information on the system :
