JIRA support is now available as a plugin at stable update center. We need the similar functionality as in SVN (provide
easy installation whenever the functionality is required). I am aware of the following entry points:
 - [kenai dashboard] clicking on issues node of a kenai project which has JIRA repository associated
 - [services tab] creating new bugtracking (JIRA) connector
