Add IntelliJ IDEA project import capability:

File->Import Project->IntelliJ IDEA Project...

This would be a nice feature.

Is this allowable/possible being that the source IDE is a commercial product?

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
