Java: 1.5.0_20; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_20-141
System: Mac OS X version 10.5.8 running on i386; MacRoman; en_US (nb)

Since stg.network.org has not chat service available, there should be by default unchecked the possibility of log in to
chat in Kenai Login dialog. This behavior should be set up this way only for stg.network.org.

I expect the chat service will be added later, that this is just an incomplete state... or not?
