Buttons bad layout in component properties panel on some view sizes in windows classic L&F. Particularly on smaller size
of view. See attached images.

The second picture shows the problem: the buttons for property categories are shown only in one row, while they need
more vertical space - like on the third picture. (The first picture is wrong - the property sheet shows properties of a
different object, not from GUI builder.)

I can reproduce it in current 6.8 build - resizing the properties window does not seem to releayout the categories
buttons. If the width is smaller, they just don't fit. Selecting something else in GUI builder fixes the problem.

Reassigning to property sheet.
