I would suggest an improvement in the editor ...

i use the netbeans6.7.1 in WindowsVista64Bits and i do not know if this feature does not exist in other versions.

I would suggest the function of selecting the text in blocks ... also called a vertical selection, programs such as
textpad do it when you hold the ALT key.
