The antlr module needs to be packaged in a .nmb form suitable for autoupdate
download.
The build.xml file needs to be modified with a suitable target and proper
staging done to coalesce the various pieces into a polished product.
This may require completion of task 16625 "jguru antlr.jar location
configuration" to determine the installed location of the antlr.jar file from
jGuru.
