The Help window which opened from modal dialog should get closed when

the modal dialog is closed.
Here I opened the 'Plugins' (Tools > Plugins) modal dialog and Help 
from this dialog. On closing the modal, the Help window remains open

which is expected to be closed along with modal dialog.
