The issue occurs in build 200908171401 with JDK7b65.

When the IDE is launched, nearly no functions work - it is impossible to create new project, open projects tab, services
tab etc.. Teh IDE does not react on shortcuts for these functions either. Deleting userdir and projects folder makes no
difference. On te other hand, eg. Tools|Options and Help|About can be opened, but most of the funcionality does not
work. With jdk6u14 everything works fine. I am not sure, if it is issue of UI or other component, therefore I am
reporting it as UI issue... please change the component accordingly, if you think, it is issue of other part of IDE.

provide os version info pls
also pls check with some older/more recent jdk 7 build if possible, thanks
