I have the Quick File Chooser plugin installed. My projects use Mercurial as a repository. When typing in the file name in the Quick File Chooser, the ".i" files 
stored in the repository show up in the window, sometimes even before the actual file that should be loaded. These files (anything in the .hg directory) 
should be filtered out. I have Quick File Chooser 1.15.

.i files are under .hg/store/data/<something>. If you don't navigate into this dir, they should not be shown. For what it's worth I use QFC every day on a variety of Mercurial repositories and have never seen any such issue.
