Steps to reproduce:
- have Project Group "A" with several projects
- switch to Project Group "B" with another projects
-> projects from group "A" are rescanned

Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200908022240)
Java: 1.6.0_14; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 14.0-b16
System: Linux version 2.6.28-14-generic running on amd64; UTF-8; cs_CZ (nb)

Are there any dependencies in projects from group B on group A projects?

No.
"A" - java projects
"B" - php projects
