1. Open the Libraries node in a Maven project
2. Right-click an entry
3. Select "View Artifact Details"
4. Inside the details window (Project tab), scroll using the mouse wheel

=> scrolling is really slow

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
