create field hint must create a private field when the field name starts with _
and it would be nice to have an insert code for creating all fields at once

All field should be created "private" by default. And with no value (now empty string assignment is applied).

Or better...they should be private when user tries to introduce them from a class itself...if they are introduced from an outer scope, public fields should be created.
