When a file is open in the form editor, it shows in the source editor and the
component palette.  When it is modified, the tab representing that file in the
source editor has a "*" next to the name, but the one in the component palette
doesn't.

This isn't Defect, it's Enhancement. Showing * for changed forms will
be nice to have after UNDO implementation.

In NB 4.0 this is solved as the java source and form share the same
tab in the editor (multiview).
