Tomcat startup console should receive user input.

When I start tomcat from inside netbeans I have 2 tabs opened - "Tomcat6" and "Tomcat log" - none of them can receive
user input.

This feature might be needed for example when developing OSGI applications for tomcat - to be able to enter commands to
OSGI console.

For example see http://techdistrict.kirkk.com/2009/02/16/embedding-osgi-in-tomcat/ - not netbeans-related article which
just shows that user input to osgi console would be required after running catalina.sh
