On this page:

I selected OS Independent Zip and then clicked on Download for the Java SE bundle. This results in "File Not Found"
instead of downloading the file.

Reproduced for me as well if the IDE language is English.

Hello,
I have just checked and this file was badly registered in download bouncer (contained typo), my fault.

I have just fixed that and it will be available within 20, 30 min when it gets verified on all mirrors.

I just re-run mirrors verification manually and it's available now.
