A DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUEST :
UML tools (diagram or code generation  for example) are available for netbeans/java but I did not find anything for SunStudio.

JUSTIFICATION :
UML is a (the ?) method for application design, before coding. Integrated UML tools and automatic code generation should help developpers for coding and 
enhanced application's code quality.

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
EXPECTED -
Build UML diagrams, forward and reverse engineering, code generation for C++, but should be feasible for C and Fortran.
ACTUAL -
Only available in Netbeans for Java

CUSTOMER SUBMITTED WORKAROUND :
External tools can be used, bur integrated ones should be a lot more powerfull, and FREE !
