NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200907280201) (#07806c18c6e1)
Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
1.6.0_15; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 14.1-b02; Sun Microsystems Inc.

I was testing a large project provided by community: http://beetle.czech.sun.com/~jb105785/projects.rar
- project used: "EtrakWebApp"

After invoking CC (by pressing Ctrl+Space) in one of the .jsp files, the IDE became unresponsive and this state did not
change for >15 minutes (I turned it off then).

The IDE was run with fresh userdir. 

I tried it 3 times, allways with the same result

the infinite cycle has been fixed today morning
