From a fresh install of Netbeans 6.7, go to "Services" tab, click on "Servers". A dialog should appear telling user that
it is adding servers. Press cancel on that dialog, and it will keep flashing/blinking.

Can't reproduce. Is it already fixed in recent NetBeans/JDK?
