Sorry, I can't say what I was doing. The NPE occured occasionaly when I was
moving the cursor over SourceEditor and from/to Debugger View (?) during
debugging session.
Maybe you can find out something from the stacktrace.

fixed in main trung & release33_beta2
- I can not reproduce this bug now, so verify it carefully, please

It seems to work in release33_beta2 build 200110291616.

Resolved for 3.3.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
