Installed 6.7 on Vista to investigate issue 167719.

I put all the components in c:\Sun

I got to step 8... and the admin console did not open.

It does not look like the admin app is deployed.

The gf v3 prelude build is 28e.

I just did a re-install... and did not run into the problem.

I have not been able to reproduce this again
