I was working - with java editor and suddenly code completion stopped working, I wanted to restart the IDE and it got 
blocked totally - there are many blocked indexing threads in thread dump

I assume this can't be reliably reproduced. The parsing thread is idle, but for some reason the launched codecompletion
tasks don't run and wait as if somebody held the parsing lock.
