I use h2 database(http://www.h2database.com/html/main.html),the db exploer can connect to h2,but failed to reconnect
after i stored empty password.

It works for me with JavaDB. Seems to be a DB engine specific.

Tested on netbeans 7.1.1 with H2 1.2.145 (bundled with jverein). Remembers password correctly, so closing as WORKSFORME.
Please test again and reopen with more information (example DB, credentials) if you still experience problems.
