Occurs on build 200905220201 with JDK7b57. Also reproduced on Ubuntu with JDK6.

When launching IDE via CLI with parameter --open $PATH_TO_DIRECTORY, IDE is launched, no message or whatever is shown,
just a blank tab with no header&content is opened next to Services tab.

Anything in messages.log? Is it reproducible (with clean userdir)?
