"New Breakpoint" dialog appears but it doesn't have 'Line number' field.
And it fails to set a breakpoint after pressing OK.

System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1252; en_US (nb)

Probably fixed long ago. Changing to Worksforme.
If I'm wrong, please test using the latest development release and plugin. 
If the anomaly reappears, please reopen with an attached test case.
