Netbeans halts file transfer on any ftp error(Broken pipe and other silly errors), which is a horrible behaviour, there
are projects with hundreds of files, and if any problem occurs Netbeans simply halts the transfer and it needs to be
started from the begining.
The correct behaviour would be asking the user to retry the last failed command, and resume the transfer, that way it
won't waste the user's time.
