Description dnikitin 2009-05-13 18:29:54 UTC
-- add new remote host
-- open project properties and select new remote host in build->development host
-- click apply button or close dialog and open again
=> Build->Platform property became bold. It means that the property was changed and you can invoke 'Restore Default
Value' from context menu.

It makes no sense.

'Restore Default' on Platform property doesn't change Development host property and hence Dev.Host and Platform won't
correlate with each other.
Comment 1 Thomas Preisler 2009-05-13 19:14:56 UTC
Correct, platform is not rally a settable property anymore after host was introduce. It should be removed or folded into
host property.
Comment 2 Thomas Preisler 2009-05-15 01:27:10 UTC
Fixed. This property has been removed.
Comment 3 dnikitin 2009-05-15 11:12:07 UTC
I'd rather the property stayed, but was unchanged. It can be useful to see what platform on remote host is.
Comment 4 dnikitin 2009-05-15 13:58:48 UTC
I see, platform are shown in Dev host property. Good.

verified in NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200905141401)
Comment 5 Thomas Preisler 2009-05-15 15:22:42 UTC
The platform is now visible in the host property instead. The platform property is gone.
