JAI and/or JAI ImageIO should be included as part of the standard list of libraries that will pop up in the
'Libraries...' dialog when you add libraries to a project.  These are both standard, mature libraries that provide
imaging capabilities to Java.  It would be nice to have Netbeans manage this for me, since it can be a hassle installing
these libraries manually on every machine that needs them.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
