Installed iReports.nbm (I'm pretty sure it was vers 3.5.0, can't check right now).  After I did this, the Python 
debugger wouldn't start.  Removed iReports and restarted IDE, Python debugger worked great.  Reinstalled iReports, 
Python debugger broken again.  Rinse, lather, repeat.

I've got a log file from each case and will try to attach them, but here's a typical warning from the non-working 
case: WARNING [org.openide.filesystems.Ordering]: Not all children in Menu/Window/ marked with the position attribute:

Unable to replicate. Last version of iReports plugin (5.5.0) is for NB 7.4, on which the current Python plugin does not work.
Deferred until an iReports plugin is available for 8.x.
