    Steps to reproduce:
     1. Select new wsdl 
     2. select ldap from server
     3. keep the focus on the connection wizard screen and run the tool

    Observation:
     1. Label missing for javax.swing.JTextPane
     2. No Accessible description for org.netbeans.core.windows.services.NbDialog

    Actual result:

SOA is no longer available in the NetBeans IDE so we are not going to fix this problem. Closing accordingly.
