Found using GlassFishESB v2.1 nightly build (20090424-0723).
If binding configuration is modified using the binding property editor, then the service assembly (SA) name tab does 
not display "*". If Properties panel is displayed, and binding config is modified from there, the asterisk appears 
next to the SA name.

This is a minor usability issue. If I close CASA Editor, I will be prompted with a dialog asking whether to save or 
discard changes. Also, after binding config is modified, the SaveAll icon in the NB toolbar is enabled. So, it's just 
the visual "*" that is not displayed indicating a change was made and not saved yet.
