Some "actions" (e.g. "comment", "uncomment", "go to declaration", "previous bookmark") cease to work (both trough 
toolbar and hotkeys) in some Java 2 ME projects. This usually occurs, if with the starting Of netBeans in it are 
already opened project and some of its files.

Некоторые "actions" (например, "comment", "uncomment", "go to declaration", "previous bookmark") перестают работать в 
некоторых проектах Java2ME. Действия не работают ни с панели, ни с горячих клавиш. Это обычно случается, елси при 
запуске NetBeans в нём уже открыт проект и некоторые его файлы.
