I have installed Cygwin twice now and have added the Home and environment variables to the path line.  When I open use 
Netbeans and select Run and Build Main Project at the bottom a message appears in red.  It is "make is missing or 
invalid C Compiler is missing or invalid".
Do I need to change the psswd file in notepad and if so how do I do it in Notepad?
Anyhow I need directions on getting Cygwin to work with Netbeans correctly.
