[ JDK VERSION : 1.6.* ]

Using a clean userdir, I activated some modules manually in NetBeans
in the following order.

1 -- JavaEE,
2 -- Ruby And Rails
3 -- Java
4 -- Mobility

When I was activating Mobility I noticed that the "To Be Activated"
dialog listed both "Mobility" and "NetBeans Plugin Development", but
the "Activated" dialog only listed "NetBeans Plugin Development".
